Providing false information in order to circumvent eligibility restrictions (including but not limited to false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement) is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Deposits and Withdrawals
vb678 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All financial transactions on the platform are processed through the integrated payment methods listed in your account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit at vb678 is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily or transaction limits.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to KYC status. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically the fastest, usually completing within hours of approval.
- vb678 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Payment providers may charge their own transaction fees independent of vb678.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vb678 account holder.
- vb678 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification at any time, including on accounts that have previously passed KYC if new information requires re-verification.
vb678 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the same name as the vb678 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. vb678 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay payment pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
Bonuses and Promotions
vb678 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.
No player may hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Free spins credited as part of a promotional offer expire within the time period stated in the offer terms — unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on vb678 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on vb678:

vb678 actively monitors all account activity for evidence of fraud, collusion, use of automated software or bots, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse and any other form of dishonest or manipulative conduct. Where vb678 identifies or reasonably suspects any such conduct, it reserves the right to void any bets placed, freeze or permanently close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Evidence of such conduct may also be referred to relevant authorities.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects a game outcome, vb678 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. vb678 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection issues on the player's end, or errors attributable to third-party game providers. Where a game provider's own terms govern the resolution of a disputed game outcome, those terms take precedence over vb678's standard game-voiding policy.
Account Suspension and Termination
vb678 may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time without prior notice if vb678 determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms, provided false information during registration or at any subsequent time, engaged in prohibited conduct as described in these Terms, or if vb678 is required to do so in order to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.
A player may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vb678 support at [email protected]. Upon closure of an account, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. vb678 may retain player data for such period as is required by applicable record-keeping obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vb678 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the vb678 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if vb678 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
